Shipping policy

SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA ONLY AT THIS TIME

Radiant Wigs Boutique offers FREE Shipping within the USA via USPS / UPS Ground arriving in 5-7 business days on all orders over $150.00. For orders under $100.00, a $22.60 shipping fee is applied.

Orders generally ship within 2 business days.

Most orders ship the next business day, as long as the item is in stock.

If an item is out of stock for any reason, you will receive notification via a phone call and/or an email within 1 - 2 business days of placing your order.

Tracking information will be provided for all shipments within 24-48 hours of shipping.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

If you would like expedited shipping on your purchase, we offer expedited shipping options via UPS/USPS within the United States. 

All of your items will ship directly from the manufacturer to you. Please add rebecca.radiantwigsboutique@gmail.com to your email address book and/or email "white list" to ensure that you receive our communications regarding your order. 

The cost of expedited shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You can select your shipping preference during the checkout process. 

For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES:

Any shipments returned to us due to an undeliverable address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after shipment has left our warehouse will inquire a restocking fee of 25% of your order total.
