Return Policies

Radiant Wigs Boutique main goal is your satisfaction! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you are able to return your piece without restocking fees. 

All returned products MUST be eligible for exchange. 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

 

ELIGIBLE RETURNS 

We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products!

A product eligible for return or exchange includes all products that meet the following criteria: 

  1. Packaging and product are not altered in any way. **Item MUST be returned in a cardboard box.**
  2. Hair must not be shaken out or brushed.
  3. Product has not been worn, with the exception for trying on.
  4. Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for return or exchange. This includes cigarette smoke, perfume, shampoo, any styling products.
  5. Tags and all original packaging must be intact.
  6. Item and / or packaging is not damaged in any way.
  7. Request for Return or Exchange is made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. You need to email or call Radiant Wigs Boutique so we can get your return/exchange processed. 

 We will process your refund within 3-5 business days from the date we receive your item back. Your bank may take a few additional days to reflect this credit / refund on your statement.

**Please note that any shipping charges applied to your original order are non-refundable.**

Products Ineligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Clearance Items
  • Discontinued items
  • Care Products
  • Accessories (including Hats with Hair, styling products, hair care products, canvas block heads, etc.


If your product is received by our team and determined ineligible for exchange or return, we will complete the following steps: 

  1. We will ship item(s) back to you at your cost with tracking.
  2. We will send email notification, along with Quality Control Report for your review.

HOW TO RETURN

Repackage item/s in the original packaging. Item/s must have tags intact and have not been worn, brushed, shaken out or damaged in any way. Items must also have no odors.

You must notify us of your decision to return your item within 10 days of receipt of your merchandise. Feel free to call us or email us. We will provide you with instructions for your return. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order or make changes to it. Please note that orders ship daily, but we do not receive tracking from the manufacturers until later in the day, and in some cases, the next day. Even if you have not received tracking, your order has been processed and we are unable to make any changes to it, unless the item ordered is not available for immediate shipping. In that case, the manufacturer will allow us to make changes / cancel an order. 

BACK ORDER shipment dates are subject to change. In some cases, items with a future shipment date become available quickly and are processed for shipping. If you've been notified that you have a back order, and that order becomes available for shipping sooner than estimated, we are unable to cancel the order. 

If you need to initiate a return, please contact us immediately. We ask that all returns are made within 10 days of receipt. Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer, unless an item is being returned due to a defect.


RECEIPT OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE 

Please inspect all merchandise thoroughly upon receipt. Should any order be damaged in shipping from the warehouse to you, or you feel an item has a manufacturer defect, please keep the package intact (box, merchandise, etc.) and contact us immediately so that we may coordinate an exchange and re-shipment of your items. We cannot accept a defective item back if the item is not in eligible condition. Please see above requirements for an eligible return. 

We ask that you please provide images of the damage or defect, so that we may forward to the manufacturer.
